Pr. Abdelfettah Belghith is currently a full Professor at the college of computer and information science, the department of computer science at King Saud University. He is since 1992 a full Professor of Computer Science at the National School of Computer Sciences, University of Manouba, Tunisia. He received his Ph.D. and his Master of Science both in computer science from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) respectively in 1987 and 1982. He was the Director General of the National Agency for Research Promotion (ANPR) (October 2013-June 2014), the Director of the National School of Computer Sciences (August 1st, 2010, November 2013), the Director of the Doctoral School (Graduate School) STICODE of the University of Manouba (October 2009, November 2013), the Chair of the National Doctoral and Habilitation committee in computer science September 2001-September 2008 and August 2010- November 2013). As the Director General of the National Agency for Research Promotion (ANPR) at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Tunisia, he conducted and coordinates several multi millions Euros research and innovation structuring cooperation projects. His research interests focus on Advanced Heterogeneous Networking and Applications. He is the author of more than 300 refereed journal articles and peer reviewed international and regional conference papers. As the head of the HANA Research Laboratory, he has supervised over one hundred Master and Ph.D. theses on advanced networking and networking applications. He is a senior member of IEEE, the past chair of the Tunisian IEEE Section, the current Chair of the IEEE Tunisian ComSoc chapter and the IEEE Tunisian VTS Chapter.
Dr. Tahani Gazdar is currently an assistant professor at the department of computer science at King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah. She received his Ph.D. and her Master of Science both in computer science from National School of Computer Science (ENSI), University of Mannouba, Tunisia. Her research interests include wireless networks, ad hoc and sensor networks, power conservation, synchronization algorithms, routing, simulation and performance evaluation. Recent work co supervised with LaBRI research laboratory concern context-awareness in wireless sensor networks and smart cities.
Dr. Dhouha Ghrab is currently a postdoctoral student at National School of Computer Science (ENSI) in collaboration with LaBRI laboratory, University of Bordeaux, France. She received his Ph.D. and her Master of Science both in computer science from National School of Computer Science (ENSI), University of Mannouba, Tunisia. Her research focuses on Wireless Sensor Networking. Particularly, she works on exploiting the concept of context-awareness in MAC and routing layers in WSN to optimize resources use and enhance network performance.
Rim Negra received the Engineering degree and the M.Sc degree in computer science both from The National School of Computer Science, University of Manouba, Tunisia. Currently she is a Ph.D. student at HANA laboratory at the The National School of Computer Science (ENSI). Her research focuses on Wireless Body Sensor Networking.
Chahrazed Ksouri obtained a Master 1 degree in Advanced Techniques in Networks from the Faculty of Sciences of Bizerte, University of Carthage and an engineering degree in Applied Sciences and Technologies from University of Sousse. She is Ph.D. student, her thesis is jointly supervised by Pr. Mohamed MOSBAH at LaBRI (France) and Pr.Abdelfettah BELGHITH and Dr.Imen JEMILI at HANALab (Tunisia). Her research focuses on smart cities.
